COMPLAIN LETTER

Dear Madam , 
I am writing to you about my summer camp in London. First, as there was no direct flight , the journey took fifteen hours and we arrived five hours late due to the delays. Then, during the hotel rooms wasn't had any shower. 
In your advertising, you mention "shopping and cinema". But we didn't go to the shopping and to the cinema. Most important thing is your lessons. These were terrible. Your teachers wasn't native and taught awful. I would be grateful if you could give me a full refund of my money.
