COMPLAIN LETTER

Dear Madam , 

I am writing to you about my summer camp in London. First, as there was no direct flight , the journey took fifteen hours and we arrived five hours late due to the delays. Then, during the hotel rooms wasn't had any shower. 

In your advertising, you mention "shopping and cinema". But we didn't go to the shopping and to the cinema. Most important thing is your lessons. These were terrible. Your teachers wasn't native and taught awful. I would be grateful if you could give me a full refund of my money.

HISTORY OF CANDY

Candy is a kind of sweet food product. Between the 6th and 4th centuries the Persians found the people in India and their " reeds that produce honey without bees. " They accepted after development sugar and sugarcane farming. Sugarcane belongs to tropical south and southeast Asia. In the oldest India part of sugar were produced by boiling sugarcane juice. Before being sugar they use honey. Honey was usedin lots of country like Ancient China , Middle East , Egypt , Greece and  the Roman Empire to cover fruits and flowers either to protect them or to design forms of candy. Today candy is still served in same form , however , it is more seen as a garnish.

February is a month which is full of cultural and sports happenings in UK. Let's see them ! What things to do? 

Chinese New Year 

In February in London it's likely to be in the biggest Chinese New Year celebration except Asia . In Trafalgar Square such as in Chinatown where is a big parade with music, acrobatics, food and sparklers. You will hear people saying ' San NIN Faal Lak ' or ' Yin Nian Kuai Le ' to you if you go to the Chinise New Year celebrations. That's meaning ' Happy New Year ' in Contonese and Mandarin in order. You should eat a chicken while the celebrations are continuing and buy something red if you want to have good luck for the remaining of the year. If you want to learn its necessary or unnecessary you will go and celebrate ! 

Shrove Tuesday 

Shrove Tuesday or Pancake Day people are fashing which is a period you don't eat and drink anything , of 40 days before Easter. People wanted to use eggs, milk and sugar before the fasting started that's why they made pancakes. A competition which people run during throw up their pancakes. In Olney in the south of England is made a competition too and England where the first compettion took place in 1445 and it is one of the most famous pancake competition. 

Valentine's Day 

This Day including love and romance and it happen on February 14th. Conventionally this day was celebrated the festival for Saint Valentine. On this day send chocolates and flowers to your loved is conventional. If you haven't loved , you will take an unknown card from an unseen your fan. 150 million Valentine's Day cards are bought and gave-received while this day and that's why this day is the second most popular day after. Christmas to send a card. Since the Middle Ages Valentine sending cards have been popular. A poem written in 1415 by someone such as Charles, Duke of Orleans.
